PZA PARLOUR where tradition meets modern

The creation of our menu was a collaboration of 3 great minds, Joe Nicastro (chef Villa Firenze), Giuseppe De Gennaro, and Dom Tudda (chef/owner Pulcinella).  We are trying to take all the Italian family recipes that we know and love and that have been around for generations and add our own modern twist. We hope to provide people with an enjoyable outing of both experience and fantastic food.
